Thank you for shopping with us! We're excited to ship to our customers in the United States from Japan. Please review our shipping policy below for details on how we process and ship your orders.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped from our base in Japan within 1–3 business days after your order is confirmed.

We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.
During peak seasons or sale periods, processing may take a few additional days. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you directly by email.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times

We ship using reliable international express carriers including DHL, FedEx, and Japan Post. The carrier used for each shipment is selected by us based on the size, weight, destination, and current shipping conditions of your order. We are unable to accommodate carrier preferences requested by customers. If you have special circumstances, please contact us via our contact form before placing your order. Shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.

Size Guide:
・S (Small): Total package size within 50cm / Weight up to 0.5kg
・M (Medium): Total package size within 60cm / Weight up to 1kg
・L (Large): Package size exceeding 60cm or weight exceeding 1kg

Guam: Please note that due to its remote location, shipping to Guam is subject to higher rates and longer delivery times.

3. 🚨 Important Notice Regarding U.S. Customs & Duties

The U.S. government has suspended the $800 de minimis duty-free exemption on imported goods.

This means that all shipments from Japan to the United States may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, regardless of their value.

Customer Responsibility: All customs duties, import taxes, and any associated brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the customer (importer).
Payment Process: You may be contacted by the carrier (DHL / FedEx / Japan Post) or a customs broker regarding payment of these fees prior to delivery.
We Cannot Estimate Fees: These charges are determined by U.S. Customs and Border Protection at the time of import. We have no ability to predict or control these fees.

Refusal to Pay Duties: If customs duties and taxes are refused at the time of delivery, your order may be returned to us or disposed of by the carrier. In either case, all associated costs — including the original shipping fee, return shipping fee, and any customs or brokerage fees incurred — will be the customer's responsibility. Any refund will be issued after deducting these costs. Please note that these costs often exceed the total order amount, in which case no refund will be issued.

4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking number to become active after carrier processing.

5. Address Restrictions (P.O. Boxes & Military Bases)

We ship via DHL, FedEx, and Japan Post. A physical address (including street number) is required for delivery.

P.O. Boxes: We are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
Military Bases: We are unable to ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Please enter your home or work address when placing your order. If a restricted address is provided, we will contact you to request an alternative address, which may result in a delay in processing your order.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

We carefully pack all shipments to ensure your order arrives safely. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please follow the steps below.

Please contact us via our contact form, ideally within 48 hours of delivery.

For damaged items: Please include clear photos of the damaged product and the shipping box (showing the label and areas of damage).
Please retain all original packaging materials until your claim is resolved.

We will handle everything on your behalf — there is no need to contact the carrier directly. We will manage the entire claims process and, once confirmed, will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

8. Changes to Shipping Address

We are unable to make changes to the shipping address after purchase. Please carefully verify your shipping address before completing your order.
